Two Indicted in the Death of One Guy from Italy Worker David Rowser’s Death

Two have been indicted for the murder of a Lubbock restaurant employee. 28-year-old Sesillo Lopez and 32-year-old Brian Suniga were indicted with murder lat this afternoon. The two men allegedly tried to rob One Guy from Italy in December of last year.

As they were fleeing the restaurant, they shot and killed 26-year-old David Rowser. They were later apprehended in Abilene. They each remain in the Lubbock County Jail under 1 million dollars bond.
