Two Children Injured in Hale County Crash
Around 8 p.m. Thursday, a crash occurred two miles north of Plainview along Interstate 27.
Forty-six-year-old Kimberly Cole of California was driving her Chevy Suburban south when she lost control. The Suburban rolled and ejected both a 9-year-old girl and an 11-year-old girl.
The two were were listed in critical condition Friday at University Medical Center in Lubbock.
Texas DPS said in a written statement that "Cole was arrested last night for intoxication assault and transported to hale County Jail."
