The Shack BBQ Announces It Will Close Permanently

Lubbock is losing a great BBQ spot. Owners Kyle and Kelly Farris announced on Facebook that after 6 1/2 years, The Shack BBQ will be closing its doors at the end of June.

The Shack BBQ, like many restaurants have been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic along with the rising price of beef.

The Shack will be open this weekend for call-ahead and curbside orders and then open Friday June 26th-Sunday the 28th for call-ahead and curbside orders.

The Shack has many fans and we wish all of those involved with The Shack and Bootlegger Lounge nothing but the best moving forward.
