The Cavender Family Will Be Inducted Into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame

The Cavender's Family, owners of Cavender's Western Wear, will be inducted Into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame.

The 2019 inductees have just been announced and The Cavender Family, together with Dr. Glenn Blodgett, Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo and King Ranch, will be inducted at a ceremony January 17th, 2019.

Inductees join the ranks of other great leaders include Nolan Ryan, Tommy Lee Jones, George Strait, Red Steagall and Tuff Hedeman. The Texas Hall of Fame website who describe the honor as follows:

Inclusion in the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame is the highest honor we bestow on individuals who have shown excellence in competition, business and support of rodeo and the western lifestyle in Texas.
