Texas favorite Pat Green with Shotgun Rider will perform live at Charley B's on Friday, March 3rd.

Green's music career took off more than 20 years ago right here in Lubbock, Texas. As a Texas Tech student, he played small gigs at bars around Lubbock. Then, just a few years later, he drew the attention of Willie Nelson and his career launched.

Soon, Green was playing sold out shows across Texas. He signed with a major label and was sponsored by Miller Lite.

In 2003, the song "Wave on Wave" became a major highlight in his career as it climbed to number 3 on the charts. Green has joined the major country music tours of top artists, including Keith Urban and Kenny Chesney.

In 2015, Green's self-released album Home climbed to number 5 on the Top Country Album Charts. The album includes appearances from Lyle Lovett and Sheryl Crow.

Born in San Antonio and raised in Waco, Pat Green's current tour is taking him across Texas to Louisiana and Florida.

Pat Green, together with local favorite duo Shotgun Rider, will perform live at Charley B's March 3rd. Tickets start at $15.
