They provided false W-2 forms, which contained fabricated employers’ names and amounts of tax withholdings, and those fake documents were submitted to tax preparers.
The group is believed to have sent more than 120 Express Mail packages of marijuana from at least five different post office stations in Arlington. Authorities say the packages weighed an average of 12 pounds per parcel.
