This year’s State Fair of Texas menu will be a lot of deep-friend concoctions, plenty of cheese, and lots of bacon.

I love amusement park rides, but I would be lying if I told you the fear of falling off the ride didn’t flash through my mind from time to time.

It's an event that a lot of people look forward to every year and sadly it was cancelled for 2020 due to Covid. Plans are being put in place for a big event later this year.

Today, November 26th, 2019, we're still 303 days from the next State Fair of Texas. But folks in Lubbock, across the South Plains, and pretty much everywhere else in God's Country are already planning their next trip to the one-of-a-kind event.
