Lubbock Chief Medical Examiner

The Lubbock County Commissioners court is holding a special meeting on Monday, October 7th, and during that meeting, commissioners are scheduled to accept the resignation of Chief Medical Examiner of Lubbock County Dr. Sam Andrews.

The lawsuit accuses NAAG Pathology Labs of approving an excessive autopsy in 2018 that went against the wishes of family, but the company says it stands by its decision.
