The Plainview ISD school board made the decision Thursday, Nov. 5 after board members showed that many online students were failing at least one class.
Lockney ISD has temporarily moved its high school to virtual learning, while Littlefield ISD has decided to keep its campuses open as both deal with potential COVID-19 outbreaks.
