Two more former Reagor-Dykes employees have pleaded guilty to charges relating to the bankruptcy of the RD companies.

Bart Reagor was ordered by a jury on Thursday, October 4th to pay Ford Motor Credit a total of $53,759,450.96.

Ford Motor Credit said that they were not ready to settle with the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group in bankruptcy court on Thursday, August 29th.

On Monday, Ford Motor Credit filed an updated court record saying that Bart Reagor owes over $46 million plus $7000 in interest every day.

On Wednesday, a judge has ruled that Reagor-Dykes can take out a $1 million loan to pay immediate expenses.

Ford Motor Credit and Reagor-Dykes met on Tuesday for a bankruptcy court hearing. The judge hasn't ruled on Ford's request or Reagor-Dykes' motion.

Reagor-Dykes filed records in bankruptcy court implying that a Ford employee participated in Reagor-Dykes’ downfall. Ford has denied that allegation.
