Rick Dykes is accusing Reagor-Dykes Auto Group's former CFO of submitting false documents to Ford Motor Credit Company, denying any personal involvement.
On Thursday, a second bankruptcy court was held for the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group, whose CRO testified about the state of the company and its potential assets.
The Reagor-Dykes Auto Group is due back in court for their second bankruptcy hearing. Ford Motor Credit is suing Reagor-Dykes for over $41 million dollars.
