Polls will be open Saturday, June 20 from 7a-7p for the Lubbock City Council District 3 Runoff Election.  Deanne Clark and Jeff Griffith are vying to replace Todd Klein on the council. The five Vote Center locations open for the runoff are: Home Depot at 50th Street and Boston Avenue Parsons Elementary 2811 58th Street Roscoe Wilson Elementary School 2807 25th Street Smylie Wilson Middle School 44
