Something for Everyone At The 39th Annual Lubbock Arts Festival [INTERVIEW]
Tuesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Michael Seymour joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about the 39th annual Lubbock Arts Festival "A Tribute To Fairy Tales", which takes place this weekend at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.
The festival is open to the public Saturday April 22, 2017, from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm, and Sunday the 23rd from 12:00 pm until 5:00. A special premier night will also take place on Friday April 21st from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. General admission tickets for Saturday and Sunday are available at the door for $4, with children under 12 being admitted free. Premier night tickets are $40, and includes heavy hors d'oeuvres and a gift bag.
At the festival will be Lubbock's Moonlight Broadway's production of "Peter Pan", a live mermaid, crafts, art, and kids karaoke, as well as 150 artists from all over the nation displaying their art in painting, leather drawing and even food.
While describing some of the attractions and family atmosphere at the festival, Seymour said there will be,"tons of stuff for kids, something for everybody."
