Snyder Man Accepts Plea Deal for Producing Child Porn
A Snyder man accepted a plea agreement Thursday afternoon for the production of child pornography.
KAMC News reports that in December 2017, authorities with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tracked child pornography to a house in the 1500 block of 27th Street in Snyder, Texas.
In January 2018, authorities searched Virgil Lee Bailey Jr.'s home and found images and videos of child pornography. Bailey admitted to making and watching videos of child pornography. According to the court records, Bailey Jr. recorded himself sexually abusing a mentally disabled 7-year-old boy.
Bailey faces at least 15 years and up to 40 years in prison. He will be sentenced at a later date.
