Silent Wings Museum Announces Aviation Boot Camp for Kids

The Silent Wings Museum has announced its Aviation Boot Camp to be held in July 2018. The camp will be for kids ages 10 through 14 who have an interest in planes, science, history, and the military.

Subjects to be discussed during the camp include training with Marines, aerodynamics, the physics of flight, and World War 2 history. Kids will also participate in activities like physical training, tent building, basic first aid, and self-defense.

The Aviation Boot Camp will run from July 23^rd through July 27^th and then again from July 30^th through August 3rd at the Silent Wings Museum, located at 6202 N Interstate 27. The cost to register per child is $75.
