Attention fans of types of mac and cheese. You are about to be very happy. Why? Because a restaurant that has gone viral on TikTok and other social media platforms will be opening very soon in Lubbock. In fact, now we have a Grand Opening date for Roni's Mac Bar.

A Mac and Cheese Lovers Dream, Slightly Delayed

During the Summer of 2024 it was announced that Roni's Mac Bar, which began in Waco and has since spread to other locations, was planning on opening a location in Lubbock. At the time, Roni's Mac Bar was known as the big viral mac and cheese place thanks to social media and the fact that a lot of people enjoy mac and cheese.

As the seasons changed, people began to wonder if Roni's Mac Bar was ever going to open in Lubbock. Then in January, we got an update. The permitting process had been slowed down and there were complications. The good news at the time? Everything seemed as though it was back on track.

Roni's Mac Bar Will Open Soon In Lubbock

Roni's Mac Bar now has an Grand Opening Day scheduled along with a ribbon cutting. Roni's Mac Bar will be located at 2400 Glenna Goodacre Bld. The Grand Opening of Roni's Mac Bar will be Saturday, April 5th. The ribbon cutting will be at 11:00 a.m.
