Roman Street Performing in Lubbock: Tickets Still Available!
Lubbock, you still have time to get your tickets for one of the most fun bands in what I call "flamenco-jazz fusion." Roman Street has this ability to turn any acoustic medley into a masterpiece with a Spanish flavor.
Who Is Roman Street?
I beg you to check these guys out. You can see some of their songs on their website, and you won't be disappointed. Even if jazz/blues isn't your cup of tea, you still have to respect their insane skills with a guitar.
The band is made up of two brothers, Noah and Josh Thompson, who are both internationally trained on the acoustic guitar. Their music is described as "an improvisational fusion of Classical, Gypsy and Contemporary Jazz, Latin, and Nuevo Flamenco," according to Buddy Holly Hall's website.
Roman Street Coming to Lubbock
In fact, Roman Street will be performing at Buddy Holly Hall this Friday, July 10. We may only be days away, but you can still get your tickets now to see this inventive band.
Doors open at 7 p.m. at Crickets Theater, and ticketing information like availability and pricing can be found right here.
Know Before You Go
For those who have not been to Buddy Holly Hall before or it's just been a while since your last visit, then there are some small ground rules.
First, strollers are not allowed inside the building, and all attendees, even babies held in their mother's arms, are required to have a ticket.
Buddy Holly Hall has a no refund policy on tickets. You buy it, you keep it. Also, as a courtesy to the performers and others who are enjoying the performances, photography and videos are highly discouraged.
Finally, guests can bring a small clear bag or a clutch bag no bigger than 4.5" x 6.5" to the venue.
I hope you enjoy the show and get a feel for the acoustic mastery that is Roman Street right here in Lubbock!
