Regional Silver Alert Issued for Elderly Woman from The Colony

The Silver Alert was discontinued by Texas DPS at 10:30p, Wednesday evening.

Wednesday evening, the Texas Department of Public Safety issued a regional Silver Alert from a missing elderly woman from The Metroplex.  The Colony Police Department is searching for Stella Turnipseed, diagnosed with a Cognitive Impairment, White, Female, 76 years old, DOB 03/26/1937, HEIGHT 5’ 5”, WEIGHT 190 lbs, Blonde Hair, Blue Eyes.

The senior citizen was last seen at 10:00 AM, 11/13/2013 at 4248 Keys Dr. The Colony, TX, driving a Tan, 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe with TX License Plate BK04032.

Law enforcement officials believe this senior citizen’s disappearance poses a credible threat to her own health and safety.
