This is a great, easy recipe that I invented spur of the moment one day. It doesn’t take long and makes delicious leftovers.

Cupboard Rotini and Meat Sauce
•    1lb Rotini noodles
•    1 16 oz can of Tomato sauce
•    1 8 oz can of chopped tomatoes
•    1 package of Johnsonville Smoked Beef Brats
•    8 cups water
•    1 tbs butter
•    1 tbs vegetable oil
•    1 tsp pepper
•    2 tsp salt
•    ½  tsp thyme
•    ½  tsp bay leaves
•    ½ tsp basil
•    ½ oregano
Add 1tbs oil to a saucepan. Chop up brats, add to pan and cook on medium high until browned. Drain meat.
Add can of tomato sauce, tomatoes, seasonings, and 1tsp of salt to meat. Stir and heat on medium.
While sauce is cooking, bring water to boil. Add Rotini, bring back to boil and then cook until noodles are tender. Drain and add 1tbs butter.
Allow sauce to simmer until noodles are done. It should boil down and thicken.
