Planned Lane Closures on Marsha Sharp Freeway Rescheduled

On Wednesday (Feb. 26), TxDOT will implement a series of lane closures on the Marsha Sharp Freeway from Loop 193 in Wolfforth to West Loop 289.

The lane closures are for a $10.3 million dollar project to resurface a portion of the main lanes of the freeway. Originally scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25, the closures will now be in effect Wednesday after the morning rush hour.

The westbound 82^nd Street exit will be closed on the Marsha Sharp through at least Saturday, Feb. 29th. Also, work crews will be adding a merge lane for the eastbound freeway between the Milwaukee Avenue on-ramp and the West Loop 289 exit.
