Pheasant Ridge Winery Hosting Wine and Sausage Event [INTERVIEW]

Friday on the Chad Hasty Show, Bobby Cox, owner of Pheasant Ridge Winery joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about their wine tasting and grilled sausage event happening tomorrow (Saturday, October 22, 2016).

Pheasant Ridge will be grilling sausage outdoors and providing guests a great opportunity to enjoy tasting their full line of wines, as well as learn about making and growing wine.

The event takes place Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and is child and pet friendly.

While talking about the growing conditions on the South Plains and explaining the lengthy process involved in fine wine production Cox said,

We have a wonderful place to grow wines here up on the high plains, and it's going to take many generations just to find out just exactly what grows best where. But we're going to do that and we're going to have fun doing it.
