A new restaurant will be opening soon in Lubbock. This time in the northwestern part of the City. The new restaurant will be moving into the old Dimba's location that closed in June of 2023 on Frankford Avenue next to Papa Murphey's.

Cyrus Kabob Persian Cuisine has a new sign up at 421 Frankford Avenue, and by the looks of it, if you like Kabob, you are going to really like this place. According to their website, Cyrus Kabob will offer chicken and beef kabob meals along with falafel, wraps, salads, and more.

They will also be offering family meals to-go and it appears as though they will have catering opportunities as well.

The targeted opening for Cyrus Kabob is at the end of March, so we won't have to wait long get a taste.
