‘Pennies for Patriots’ Raises Money for Townsquare Cares

News/Talk 790, KFYO and the rest of Townsquare Media of Lubbock, 99-5 The Bear, 94.5 FMX, 102.5 KISS FM, KOOL 98 & SportsRadio1340 The Fan, today raised money for Townsquare Cares through 'Pennies for Patriots' in honor of Veterans Day.

Today, during our local morning shows, we asked listeners to stop by our studios at 82nd & Quaker and drop off their loose change for our 'Pennies for Patriots' fundraiser.  Wes Nessman with 94.5 FMX said, "We're really happy we're able to help our troops on Veterans Day and we thank our listeners for pitching in."

We estimated we raised over $500 for Townsquare Cares, which helps active military and their families.
