Open Invitation: Everyone in Lubbock Is Invited to Be Filmed for a TV Show Intro
La Diosa Cellars is calling all locals to come out to their one and only location in Lubbock's historic Depot District on June 30th, 2022 to be a part of a large crowd for a TV show.
With COVID-19 on the rise and Lubbock's cooties cases up by 300 percent, why would anyone want to stand in a huge crowd? One word: television.
That's right, a television show will be filming right here in the Hub City, or at least the intro for the show. Crazy in Texas is a TV show hosted by Texas Tech alum Leslie Reynolds.
The show takes Reynolds all around Texas showing off all the fun secrets the Lone Star State has to discover, whether it's fancy restaurants, hole-in-the-wall bars and even axe throwing. In addition to hosting his own TV show that highlights businesses and events all across Texas, Reynolds is also a hypnotist. Maybe he'll even hypnotize someone at the taping...but probably not.
The event is free to the public, and Event Coordinator Dave De Leon encourages everyone with a big smile and wonderful personality attend but to also remember the event is free but drinks and food are not. The taping will start at 4:30 p.m., but once La Diosa Cellars reaches capacity no more people will be allowed into the venue just to follow the law.
Crazy in Texas airs most Sunday nights at 12:05 a.m. on KLBK.
