Odessa Billboard Covered By Fog Looks Creepy, And Stupid

The Twitter post claims this billboard was in Odessa. It was. But not Odessa, Texas. You can tell because there is fog...and trees. Two things Odessa, Texas doesn't have much of. But  it looks cool anyway. So check out the matrix rebooting itself in a very creepy way.
