Toys ‘R’ Us Returns to Texas With A Brand New Location

Are you a Toys 'R' Us kid? Or maybe you used to be and now there is kid in the family that might become a Toys 'R' Us kid? If so, then this will be great news for those of us in Texas. In fact, it could already be considered great news when talking a company making a come back.

Toys 'R' Us Opens a Store in Texas

In the Summer of 2018, Toys 'R' Us after filing for bankruptcy closed the last of all its stores. A lot of us grew up going to Toys 'R' Us and it was sad to see the company go away.

But now Toys 'R' Us is making a comeback and they have opened a new storefront in Texas at the Grapevine Mills Mall. According to NBCDFW, the new location is 13,000-square-foot.

"Whether shoppers are experiencing the store for the first time or simply want to revisit a cherished part of their childhood, the new Toys 'R' Us at Grapevine Mills offers a fresh destination for families to enjoy together," a spokesperson said.

More Toys 'R' Us Locations Coming

According to the report from NBCDFW, more locations are in the works. The company plans to open 10 new flagship locations and 20 seasonal holiday stores by the end of the year.

There are also Toys 'R' Us locations in San Marcos at the Tanger Outlets and inside DFW Airport inside Terminal A.
