Natalie Craig of Regimen On Salon Reopening, Licensing, & Hygiene

Natalie Craig, owner of Regimen Men's Fine Grooming, joined The Chad Hasty Show on Friday to discuss the reopening of salons, barbers, and tanning salons in Texas. Many of these businesses will reopen on Friday, but others will wait to open. Craig discussed the steps that Regimen will be taking to ensure the safety of staff and customers when they reopen on May 11th . According to Craig, that includes masks, social distancing, the hiring of one staff member to focus on sanitizing work stations more often, and even fogging the salon every two weeks.

Craig also discussed the licensing process and the education it takes in hygiene and sanitation. Craig told the audience that the beauty industry along with the tattoo and gym industries all have to go through certification every two years on sanitation. "If anyone should have been up and running, it should have been the beauty industry".
