Maxwell Found Guilty for Abduction, Assault of Neighbor

The North Texas man accused of raping and torturing his neighbor on a deer-skinning device has been found guilty on three counts. Jeffery Allan Maxwell was found guilty of aggravated kidnapping and two counts of aggravated sexual assault during his trial Tuesday. DNA evidence was used to support the victim’s claims that Maxwell kidnapped and raped her at his home in Corsicana.  Prosecutors said Maxwell's actions were unspeakable during closing statements Tuesday. He now faces up to life in prison.
