Man on Most Wanted Gang Fugitives List Arrested

A Lubbock man who was featured on the TAG Top 10 Most Wanted Gang Fugitive's List has been arrested.

41-year-old James Douglas Betts was arrested on February 7th in the 3800 block of 32nd Street without incident.

Betts was featured on the list due to having multiple outstanding felony arrest warrants, including charges of burglary of a building, possession of a controlled substance, and theft.
