Major Utility Construction Project at 82nd and Frankford

Beginning on Monday October 22, the City of Lubbock will begin a utility construction project at the intersection of 82nd Street and Frankford Avenue.

The construction will cause major disruptions to foot and vehicle traffic.

The speed limit will be reduced to 35 mph and lane reductions will occur. The City asks that you avoid the area if possible.

The project is expected to take six weeks to complete.
