It's every small business' worst nightmare: being robbed. Not only does a robbery result in loss of funds and destruction of property, it's also scary and disheartening.

Thursday evening, locally owned and operated Woody's Brick Oven Pizza & Grill (located at 3135 34th Street) was broken into, resulting in the destruction of their alley facing door. They were robbed of cash.

According to the comments on their Facebook post about the incident, nearby King’s Tire Warehouse was also broken into, and their door was busted as well.

If you have any information about this robbery, please call the Lubbock crime line at 741-1000. Of course, another great way to help would be to have lunch or dinner at Woody's to help them recoup their losses.
