The City of Lubbock wants to redo their website and they are looking for citizen input on what the website should look like and what information it should have on it.
A New Website For Lubbock
The City of Lubbock has hired a company to build a new website for the city government. The current website, according to officials, is out of date, not user friendly, and is "out of space" for all the departments the City has.
Do you use the City of Lubbock website often? Do you use the website to watch Lubbock City Council meetings or to find out when meetings happen? The City wants to know.
The City of Lubbock is asking citizens and business owners to take a survey about the website and why they use the website. You can find the survey here.
According to KAMC, the survey is a vital step in the process of the City of Lubbock implementing a more user friendly website. The project was part of the budget approved by the Lubbock City Council. Citizens have until October 1 to take the survery.
