In fact, it's held in Lubbock, Texas and it's coming back again in 2026. And we think you will fall in love with the even all over again.

Lubbock Lions Club Pancake Festival 2026

The Lubbock Lions Club have announced that the 74 Annual Pancake Festival will be happening on Saturday, February 14 2026 from 7am to 7pm. And yes, that is also Valentine's Day. The event will again be at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. So once again, soon it will be time to get ready for pancakes, sausage, bacon with plenty of syrup to go around.

The Lubbock Lions Club Pancake Festival is "all you can eat" for pancakes and sausage while bacon does cost an additional amount. The Lubbock Lions Club claims that their pancake festival is largest in the world after setting a world record for most pancakes served. And of course this is a fundraiser with the Lions Club raising money for other organizations in Lubbock and you will even see local celebrity pancake flippers during the day.

So how much food goes into creating the pancake festival? According to the Lubbock Lions Club, they bring in at least 6,000 pounds of pancake mix alone.
