Lubbock Man Electrocuted Just Outside City Limits

A Lubbock man was seriously injured on Tuesday, November 12th, in an industrial accident that happened just north of city limits.

According to KAMC News, at around 1 p.m., a man was working on the installation of an irrigation system when the front of a trailer that was delivering dirt collided with an overhead electrical wire. The wire broke and fell on the man, electrocuting him.

He was transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, but is said to currently be in stable condition.
