A Lubbock man was arrested last week for cyber stalking and interstate threats.

22-year-old Isaiah Alexander Allen was indicted on November 15th and allowed to go free until his trial date, but court records said he violated his terms of pre-trial release. He was placed in custody November 20th.

Allen was accused of using the Internet to harass and intimidate someone in California. The indictment said "the defendant threatened to rape and kill B.K. among other acts."

Allegedly, the cyber stalking began in September of 2017 and continued to the present.

Allen was schedule to appear in court Monday afternoon, but his attorney requested a delay because of scheduling conflicts. Allen is currently booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center.
