Lubbock Police arrested a man on Saturday (Sept. 15) after he allegedly fired shots at his neighbors from his roof.

KAMC News reports the incident occurred at 11:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of 45th Street.

Officers said when they arrived to the scene, they found 54-year-old Joe Lee Harrison, Jr. on his roof.

The victim said Harrison was on his roof firing shots in the direction of him and his two children.

Police arrested Harrison an hour later without incident and charged him with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Disorderly Conduct with a Firearm.

Harrison remains in custody at the Lubbock County Jail on a $60,000 bond.
