Lubbock Habitat for Humanity Hires Marie Hanza as Executive Director

A local charity organization has a new executive director.

Lubbock Habitat for Humanity has announced Marie Hanza as executive director for the nonprofit organization.

“Her background in nonprofit management and working with volunteers, combined with her knowledge of the Lubbock business community makes her well-suited for this position.”

Hanza began with the organization on January 2^nd.

The group has served the Lubbock area for more than 25 years, and has partnered with more than 120 families to help them attain home ownership.

Lubbock Habitat for Humanity is currently accepting donations of funds and new or gently used items to help further their cause.
