It's every parent's worst nightmare, that your child will get hurt when you are unable to do anything about it.

The Montoya family is suffering beyond belief after the death of Marion Rebecca Montoya, who was not quite one year old.

The Montoyas are the family of the child's biological father. If you're not familiar with this case, baby Marion was shoved into a backpack by her mother's boyfriend for hours until she eventually died. He has since been arrested and faces capital murder charges.
