Lubbock Chamber Hosts Salute to Ag Luncheon

The Lubbock Chamber will be hosting the Salute to Ag Luncheon on March 19th at the Mckeznie-Merket Alumni Center.

Agriculture is a driving force in West Texas and the Lubbock Economy. Texas produces 9% of the US cotton supply and 13% of the US beef supply. This Luncheon allows the Chamber to honor and celebrate the agriculture industry and its contributions to the economy.

The Luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature Dr. Guy H. Loneragan, who will present information on the TTU Vet School efforts.

Dr, Loneragan's mission is to improve animal and public health by identification and exploration of solutions that address society's challenges.
