LP&L’s Matt Rose Explains Energy, Water And Billing Issues [INTERVIEW]

Thursday on The Chad Hasty Show, LP&L's Public Affairs & Government Relations Manager Matt Rose joined the broadcast to talk about energy issues, including the high bills some customers are receiving, ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas), and the future of electrical energy on the South Plains.

Rose detailed the costs of the production and purchase of electrical energy, "advanced" water meters, billing and conflict resolution, and more.

While on the subject of customers who have questions about their bills received, Rose said, "If you think there's something wrong with your bill, please call us."
