Look Inside Ransom Canyon’s Iconic Steel House That’s Still For Sale

Now being offered at a reduced price? One of the most iconic homes in all of West Texas and known all over the world. The Robert Bruno Steel House. The house went up for sale at the start of 2024 and at the time was listed for $1,750,000. According to Zillow, the price has been reduced to $1,349,000.

If you aren't familiar with the house, the home is like living in a piece of art. The home was the idea and work of artist Robert Bruno who passed away before its completion. The home took more than 30 years to complete and his daughter sold it in 2021.

In 2023 it was purchased and turned into a vacation rental and now it's back on the market.

The walls are steel and the home overlooks Lake Ransom Canyon. The 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home has been remodeled on the inside and has a very modern theme to go with the steel walls. The Steel House also features a walk-out balcony.

This is just one of those homes you will never forget seeing and you will never forget being inside. Of course, you may have to deal with some people wanting to take pictures outside of it. But that comes with the territory I suppose.
