The Kids’ Fun Fest hosted by the Lubbock Children’s Health Clinic and the Lubbock Parks and Recreation department has been postponed until October 16th due to weather.

The carnival-like event was originally scheduled for Sunday at Mackenzie Park, and helps support 48 non-profit agencies. The event features a plethora of games, door prizes and raffle items. There’s no admission charge. Booth tickets are 50 cents apiece. There will also be an Open Stage where youth will show off various talents with performances from choirs, orchestras and karate groups.
