The Texas Most Wanted List is always constantly updated when criminals in the state are captured for the crimes they have committed. Some of the fugitives on the list however, end up there for their actions AFTER the initial arrest. One of the fugitives made headlines last year, as police were attempting to locate him.

Brandon Wayne Hogan, placed on the Top Ten Most Wanted List, was originally in custody for crimes, which according to Texas DPS, were Theft of Firearm, Burglary of a Habitation, Assault, and Criminal Mischief. The original arrest happened in August of 2022.

However, the following month, Hogan's actions would lead to him being placed on the list, and no one has seen him since then.
