The Office Grill and Sportsbar will permanently close on Friday after it was given a notice to shut down.

The owner posted to Facebook saying the bar would open for its final days on Wednesday and Thursday.

Here is the post.

The document in the post screenshot stated, “The termination of the Commercial lease is due to violent incidents that have occurred within the premises of Frankford Plaza over the last few months.”

This comes almost a year after The Office was sued for overserving George Wallace, 46, who left the bar in the early morning hours on May 6th and was driving the wrong way on Marsha Sharp when he hit a family head-on, killing them.

The owner thanked the community in the post and said " I wish there was something I could do but there’s just nothing I can do."
