Unique Lubbock Café & Bakery Opens New Downtown Location

Lubbock may be the land of 1000 coffee shops, but Nashwell Cafe (1212 Avenue K) has always set itself apart from all the others. In addition to traditional coffee shop offerings, Nashwell offers healthy food options like vibrant salads and Australian baked goods like Lamingtons- a square of sponge cake coated in chocolate and rolled in coconut. Yum!

Order-ahead options include whole cakes, scones, muffins, and more, and Nashwell does have items to accommodate special diets like gluten-free, keto, and vegan.

Now, Nashwell Cafe has expanded to a second downtown Lubbock location at 1500 Broadway, inside the Wells Fargo Bank Building. Nashwell Cafe at The Lobby joins other great options like Newk's Eatery and Narrow Bar, creating a one-stop destination for various tastes that I have long hoped for here in Lubbock.

The second location will offer some of the original location's food options like, "pastries, salads, sausage rolls, and pies." It is also available for events like meetings and baby showers.
