Texas Should Begin Public Spankings For These 5 Offenses

I saw the rudest thing in the parking lot of a big box store and I can't just hold my tongue.

I have no idea why some people have to be so rude and inconsiderate of others. I was in the parking lot of a membership store and I could not believe the number of loose shopping carts in the parking lot. I guess I wrongly assumed that the people who would pay to be a part of a membership-only place might be a little more cultured than at other places. Apparently, their sense of entitlement only gets worse because there were loose shopping cars all over the place.

My solution is simple and it's public spankings. These people and some very similar folks were not corrected enough as children and have not learned how to pick up after themselves or how to treat other people. We don't have to discipline the people hard, but they do deserve a public spanking of some sort until they learn how to be grownups.
