Step into a world of whimsy and wonder at LHUCA’s Hub City Renaissance Faire. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, the Louise Hopkins Underwood Center for the Arts (LHUCA) transforms into a colorful realm of medieval-inspired revelry, complete with artisans, performances, games, and so much more.

Theme & Costume Encouragement

This year’s theme is Feast of Fools, a playful, irreverent celebration where rules and norms are turned inside out. Attendees are encouraged (but not required) to don period-inspired garb. Think bold, mismatched patterns, feathered hats, cap and bells, oversized collars, etc.

I am so happy that Lubbock has this Renaissance Faire and that it grows more every year. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the past, different cultures and to step out of 2025 for a little while. Let's party like it's 1499!
