The Top Enchiladas In Lubbock According To Local Foodies
We’ve drilled down on tacos and burritos before, but here’s the whole enchilada when it comes to, well… enchiladas.
Finding the best enchiladas in Lubbock isn’t easy. Yelp was no help — most folks rate the entire plate instead of the enchiladas themselves. Personally, I’m pretty simple. I’ve loved “The Mexican Flag” from the various incarnations of the Caboose for decades. And if I’m in a hurry? Rosa’s sour cream chicken enchiladas never disappoint. We also get Joel’s catered in all the time at work, and those suckers are straight-up addictive.
But this time, I put my preferences aside and reached out to the LBK Foodies — people who know their way around a plate of Tex-Mex. More than 120 people responded. (And yes, I deleted the out-of-town answers… we’re talking Lubbock only here.)
I also included a few quotes for the top five spots, just for fun.
No disrespect to anyone not mentioned or not mentioned enough — this is just what came back in a 24-hour snapshot.
