We are getting closer and closer to hearing from Joe Biden on who his running mate will be. In recent weeks, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, Karen Bass, and Tammy Duckworth have all had their time in the spotlight as potential picks.

But what about Susan Rice? According to POLITICO, some in the Harris camp think their main rival is Rice.

So who is Susan Rice and would she be a good pick? My thoughts in the video above.
