Hobbs Police Looking for Persons of Interest in Fatal Shooting

Hobbs Police are investigating after a fatal shooting occurred Saturday evening (Mar 17).

KAMC News reports just before 8:30 p.m., police responded to the 1700 block of East Marland for reports of someone who had been shot. When police arrived, they found 29-year-old Yvonne Villalobos unresponsive from a gunshot wound. Villalobos was taken to a hospital where she later died.

Hobbs Police are looking for two persons of interest, 36-year-old Jose Acosta, and 35-year-old Angel Beaza.
